At AntonCV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Free Plan

Our free plan is available at no cost and does not require payment information. You can use the free plan indefinitely without any charges.

2. Paid Subscriptions

2.1 Billing Cycle

Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2.2 No Free Trial

AntonCV does not offer free trial periods. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you will be charged immediately for your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings at app.antoncv.com/billing.

3.2 What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all paid features until the billing period ends
  • Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again
  • After the billing period ends, your account will downgrade to the free plan

3.3 No Partial Refunds for Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your billing period. However, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current period.

4. No Refunds Policy

4.1 All Sales Are Final

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments, including but not limited to:

  • First-time subscription payments
  • Renewal charges
  • Mid-cycle cancellations (you can use the Service until the end of your billing period)
  • Dissatisfaction with job search outcomes (we provide tools, not guaranteed results)
  • Changes in personal circumstances (e.g., you found a job and no longer need the Service)
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service

4.2 Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests at our sole discretion:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • Service Downtime: In the event of extended service downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours), we may issue a prorated refund or credit for the affected period.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will refund the incorrect charge.

These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a general refund policy.

5.3 Response Time

We typically respond to support inquiries within 1-2 business days. In cases of exceptional circumstances where a refund may be considered, the review process may take 3-5 business days.

6. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are subject to the same no-refund policy as monthly subscriptions:

  • All annual subscription payments are final and non-refundable
  • No prorated refunds for mid-year cancellations
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your annual term after cancellation
  • Annual subscriptions offer significant savings compared to monthly billing

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

7.1 Contact Us First

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We're happy to resolve issues directly and can often process refunds faster than the chargeback process.

7.2 Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your account may be suspended pending investigation
  • We may dispute invalid chargebacks with appropriate documentation
  • Multiple chargebacks may result in permanent account termination

8. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

Existing subscriptions will be subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.
